Machine polishing allows us to take things to the next level. Some scratches can be polished out completely, whilst others can be well hidden and very difficult to see at all. We are able to remove defects such as swirl marks, etches and oxidation whilst enhancing the gloss and clarity of your paint.

To begin with, we'll asses the paintwork and take your needs into consideration before even touching the paint. We will perform a machine polish on a test patch in an inconspicuous area. We start with the lowest cutting pad and compound and work our way up to ensure we are not cutting more than needed. Once the perfect combo has been found, we can tape up all areas which need protecting and then begin the machine polishing. A single stage on a medium size car would normally take around 4-6 hours.

A good machine polish will remove most defects and bring your paint back up to a showroom shine or better. It is a crucial step taken before a long term protection is applied to your paint work. When prepared and applied in the right way, a protection package can easily last 2 years or more. Once this prep work and protection has been applied, a simple maintenance wash will bring your car back to a deep gloss and high shine.
